Diary Peter

Diary Peter is an awareness coach. By asking you short questions from time to time, he writes a diary and thereby increases your awareness of everyday life, which helps you establish healthy habits.

You can also ask him to remind you about things you would like to do regularly, but always forget about, like meditating, flossing or being silly :)
